Shipping Destinations

We deliver your order within Germany, to all countries of the European Union, as well as to Norway, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

Shipping Costs

• Germany:
  Shipping costs are €4.99 including VAT.
  For orders of €100 or more, shipping within Germany is free of charge.

• European Union:
  For shipping to EU countries, we charge a flat rate of €13.99 per order.

• Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom:
  For shipping to these countries, we charge a flat rate of €19.99 per order.

Delivery Time

The delivery time is usually 2–4 business days after receipt of payment.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

For deliveries to non-EU countries (Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom), additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These are to be paid by the recipient and are not covered by us.
